  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring just until combined.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
  6. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over cooled muffins.
