Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it starts to brown.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is soft.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce, then stir to combine.
- Add the medium pasta shells to the skillet, ensuring they are submerged.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted, then add heavy cream and mix well.
- Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For creamier results, experiment with different cheeses such as mozzarella or pepper jack. Can add veggies like spinach or bell peppers.
