Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly coat the inside of a small heat-proof bowl or ramekin with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Crack one egg into the prepared bowl. Repeat for additional eggs if making more.
- Season the egg with salt and pepper if desired.
- Place the bowl in the air fryer basket, ensuring it’s stable.
- Cook the egg at 270°F (130°C) for 10-12 minutes, adjusting time based on desired yolk consistency.
- Carefully remove the bowl from the air fryer with oven mitts.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy on toast, salads, or grain bowls.
Notes
