Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Lightly coat the inside of a small heat-proof bowl or ramekin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Crack one egg into the prepared bowl. Repeat for additional eggs if making more.
  4. Season the egg with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Place the bowl in the air fryer basket, ensuring it’s stable.
  6. Cook the egg at 270°F (130°C) for 10-12 minutes, adjusting time based on desired yolk consistency.
  7. Carefully remove the bowl from the air fryer with oven mitts.
  8. Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy on toast, salads, or grain bowls.
